School Times

 School day for all our full time pupils 8:45am until 3:15pm 

32.5 hours compulsory opening times

• The school gate will be open from 8:30am for pupils to go straight into classrooms and get ready for their days learning and begin their morning task
• An adult will be at the gate to greet the children each morning 
• Children will be dismissed from their classroom door at the end of the school day, the side gate will be open from 3:10pm for adults to enter the school site

School day begins 8:45am 

Break time 10.15am 

Lunch time 12:15pm - 1:00pm 

Collective Worship 1:00pm - 1:20pm 

Break time 2.15pm KS1 only

End of day 3:15pm

Our KS2 children aren't timetabled for an afternoon break

Staff can use their discretion if they feel it is in the children's best interests to allow a short break to boost well-being

Our children from the surrounding villages have access to a bus service provided by the county council, please contact Nottinghamshire County Council if you require information.

We understand that most of our pupils travel to Ranby in a car due to our rural setting, we kindly request that you respect our neighbours and park safely and avoid the area close to the school drive

 The Office and other concerns/queries

A member of staff will be available to answer quick queries when you drop off in the morning and can take any messages that need passing on.

A collection box for letters/forms you are returning to school is available in the main entrance  

Mrs Kinsella will be able to deal with issues 1:1 in the office - but only if these are issues that cannot be sorted over the phone or via email. Please avoid going into the office foyer area where at all possible, but if you do need to enter, please respect the privacy of others.
